DUI Fines In Arizona
First Offense
Driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content of 0.00 for minors(any amount) , 0.08 for adults 21 and older):
$1,800 plus in fines, 10 days in jail, 90 days suspended license, ignition interlock (which you pay for) device for one year.
Extreme DUI (BAC of 0.15 to .019):
$2,500 plus in fines, 30 days in jail, 90 days suspended license, interlock device (which you pay for) for one year.
Super extreme DUI (BAC of 0.20 or more):
$2,650 plus in fines, 45 days in jail, 90 days suspended license, interlock device (which you pay for) for one year.
Second Offense
Driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content of 0.00 for minors(any amount) , 0.08 for adults 21 and older):
$3,500 plus in fines, 90 - 180 days in jail, 1 year revoked license, ignition interlock (which you pay for) device for one year.
Extreme DUI (BAC of 0.15 to .019):
$3,750 plus in fines, 120 - 180 days in jail, 1 year revoked license, interlock device (which you pay for) for one year.
Super extreme DUI (BAC of 0.20 or more):
$4,000 plus in fines, 180 days in jail, 90 days suspended license, interlock device (which you pay for) for one year.
Third Offense in 7 years or DUI with license suspended or restricted
Up to $150,000 in fines plus $1,750 in assessments, 4 months minimum in prison, 3 years revoked license, ignition interlock (which you pay for) device for two years.
DUI with child under the age of 15 in vehicle
Up to $150,000 in fines plus $1,750 in assessments, 45 - 180 days in jail, 3 years revoked license, ignition interlock (which you pay for) device for two years.
